For the seventh time the editors of Business Report together with Polskie Centrum Badań i Certyfikacji SA held the Nationwide Quality Promotion Program at Polish Enterprises - QUALITY OF 2012. The competition is targeted at enterprises and companies which pay special attention to the issue of quality and high working standards.
In the process of evaluation and verification of the submitted documents, the experts of Polskie Centrum Badań i Certyfikacji S.A. declared that Olimp Laboratories achieved high standards in the following criteria:
- critical parameters of provided services
- reliability and complexity of provided information
- procedures ensuring efficient operation of the organisation
- effectiveness of conducted quality policy
- involvement of the employees in the optimisation of processes and execution of quality objectives
- effectiveness of managing the organisation
- degree of customer, employee and social environment satisfaction
