COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS

If you would like to report counterfeit products, please send us an e-mail at export@olimp-labs.com

Dear customers,

We recently got many signs and inquires that there might be counterfeit Olimp products circulating on the market, especially in Middle-East countries. Please be aware and do not buy products from un-authorized reseller or from unknown origin, as these products might be potentially harmful. Consumption of those products possess great risk to your health and is of no benefit, compared to original Olimp Sport Nutrition® products.

Inspect packaging carefully – counterfeit products usually have spelling and grammatical errors on the package:
Check whether the particular product, which you intend to purchase in such package and size really exists – please go to our website - www.olimp-supplements.com and review the products to match its size and picture with the product, you intend to get. Here are the examples of fake Olimp products found on the market. Please do not purchase and consume those products, as they might bear great risk when consumed:

Inspect the package and check for any suspicious signs, cracks, leaks – which might suggest poor package and/or label quality. Inspect the Olimp Labs® or Olimp Sport Nutrition® logo, engraved on the package, whether it fits our specimen. Any signs of dissimilarity suggest that the product is fake:

Check the “exp date” and “lot no.” markings – if there is any text omitted or misspelled. Here’s the example of misspelled marking in fake Glutamine powder 250 g product (“_rzed” instead of “przed”):

Fake products have different kind of pad under the lid, which is made of ordinary carton and is not firmly attached to lid:

Sealing of original Olimp products has always ‘honeycomb’ look alive texture and is evenly cut around the neck edges:

Bottom of the product bears WWW.OLIMP-SUPPLEMENTS.COM sign and special number. Fake products might have an error in OLIMP, where you will find a gab in this word, written like ‘OL IMP’:

Olimp Labs Logo marking on the lid has a drawing of tree on it, fake products seem to have this drawing just outline without any filling inside, as seen in original logo:

Alternatively, if you’re not able to scan this code directly from the package, please make good quality, sharp picture of this code and send it to us by e-mail.
